Clubhouse Facility and Patio Rental Details

Want to host a birthday party or any special event? Look no further!   Swim & Racquet offers an array of on-site amenities to help make your special event a wonderful experience. Swim & Racquet offers both indoor and outdoor rental facilities.

Facility rentals are available for members only.

AMENITIES

• Members may provide their own food and bring adult beverages at no extra charge
• The patio and lounge areas are equipped with tables, chairs and a wet bar
• You may use a caterer of choice

PATIO RENTALS: Summer Season
Swim & Racquet offers its members the opportunity to rent the back patio area between Memorial Day weekend through the pool closing on Labor Day in September at a cost of $50.00 per 2 hour period.  Rental hours commence at 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 9:pm.  A member can also book all 4-hours, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  If the patio is available, the member is required to fill out the patio rental form.

FALL & WINTER SEASON RENTALS
Swim & Racquet also offers its members the ability to rent the clubhouse for special events between the off-season months of  mid-September through early May.  Rental pricing is listed below.

MEMBER RATES

Security Deposit: $200

Rental fee: $500 (includes 1 hour set up, 3 hours for event and 1 hour clean up)
