Clubhouse Facility and Patio Rental Details

Want to host a wedding, birthday or any special event? Look no further!   Swim & Racquet offers an array of on-site amenities to help make your special event a wonderful experience. Swim & Racquet offers both indoor and outdoor rental facilities with seating capacity for as many as 150 guests.

Facility rentals are available for members only.  Swim & Racquet is no longer allowing non-members the ability to rent the facility.  Members that rent the facility may continue to have guests.

AMENITIES

• Members may provide their own food and bring adult beverages at no extra charge
• The patio and lounge areas are equipped with tables, chairs and a wet bar
• You may use a caterer of choice

CLUB SPONSORED SOCIAL EVENTS:
We encourage members to host social events for members year-round.  The host member(s) are required to contact the Social Chair, Rachelle Chiarappa rmckkg@gmail.com who, along with Denise Neds, will help guide the host member(s) through the rental process. Rachelle can also help assist in the planning of the event.

PATIO & LOWER LEVEL LOUNGE: Summer Season
Swim & Racquet offers its members the opportunity to rent the back patio area between Memorial Day weekend through the pool closing on Labor Day in September at a cost of $50.00 per 2 hour period.  Rental hours commence at 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 9:pm.  A member can also book all 4-hours, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  When a member rents the back patio area, they also have rights to utilize the pool (paying guest fee for non members) and lower-level lounge area, which is equipped with chairs, tables, and the wet bar at no additional fee.   If the patio is available, the member is required to fill out the patio rental form listed below and email it to Denise Neds.

FALL & WINTER SEASON RENTALS
Swim & Racquet also offers its members the ability to rent the indoor upper level and lower level lounge areas for special events between the off-season months of September through March.  Rental pricing is listed below.

MEMBER RATES
Members can rent the banquet facility for either a 2 hour or 4 hour block of time for an event. In addition to “event time”, members will be provided 1 hour to prepare the facility before the event and 1 hour to clean the facility at the end of the event. The rental rates to host a special event in the “off-season” are listed below:

2 Hour Rental: $300

4 Hour Rental: $400

Security Deposit: $200

CLEANING SERVICE:
Too busy to clean-up after your event? Swim & Racquet’s cleaning service is available at a cost of $150.00
